American Idol season 5 contestant, Kellie Pickler, and country superstar, Taylor Swift, are teaming up on Kellie’s new album with a song called “Best Days Of Your Life“. The song is geared toward getting back at an ex who wronged them.
Kellie says, “You have to be careful when you date a songwriter. We always get the last word!” Kellie was also quick to add that fellow country cutie, Taylor, encourages her to be good. “When I hang out with Taylor, I don’t get in any trouble.”
The two seem to be a good match and I’m excited to see how the song goes! It worked well for Carrie Underwood when she released “Before He Cheats“. I wonder if the upcoming song has anything to do with Kellie’s former hockey player boyfriend, Jordin Tootoo. What do you guys think? Do Kelly and Taylor make a good team?
