Kelly Bishop on “Law & Order: SVU”

Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore on Gilmore Girls) will be guest starring on Law & Order: SVU! This will be her first return to on-screen acting since Gilmore Girls.

This will be Kelly Bishop’s second appearance on Law & Order: SVU. Kelly appeared in the 2000 episode ‘Slaves‘ as “Registrar” (see photo).

This time around, Kelly Bishop will have a larger guest appearance. She’ll play a defense attorney representing Brenda Blethyn, who is a Golden Globe winning actress. I presume she’s playing herself in the role.

Kelly Bishop’s Law & Order: SVU episode is scheduled to appear on December 2nd. Other guest stars that episode are Clea Duvall & Mike Farrell.
