The Bearded One and bacon lover Kevin Gillespie got his due on last night’s hour-long Watch What Happens (that’s the talk show that comes on after Real Housewives) with Andy Cohen; he was crowned Top Chef season 6 fan favorite and wins $10,000! Andy explained that the winner wasn’t revealed during the reunion because the voting ended this week and the reunion was filmed six weeks ago.
Kevin and the second fan favorite runner-up Bryan Voltaggio were relegated to calling in via Skype, as the guest of honor was so A-list (Sarah Jessica Parker) she didn’t share the stage with anyone else. If you’re wondering how Andy got Sarah Jessica on his show, I think the pair are real-life friends. Andy also got Sarah’s husband Matthew Broderick to come on the show earlier this season and the celebrity world, so she was probably doing him a little favor.
Anyway, I felt bad for Bryan. He’s such a bridesmaid and never the bride. One day, you’ll be on top, Voltaggio. One day!
