Apparently, KFed had hired an ex-commando guy to serve people with subpoenas to appear in court and testify against Britney. The first victim was apparently Alli Sims, Britney’s cousin and BFF whose been around since the two were kids. KFed called her to testify against Britney parenting skills as an insider who lived with Britney for quite some time.
Alli was served at 2:30am Sunday when leaving a house party in Hollywood Hills. Observers said that Alli looked shocked and distraught. This subpoena followed a long week of partying for the Spears-Sims couple.
Last week KFed filed for primary custody and this is just one of his efforts to get what he wants,
