Kris Allen covers "Baby One More Time" in concert

Wow, apparently everyone’s doing Britney Spears covers lately. I just wrote the other day that UB40 singer Ali Campbell covered “Out From Under” and now American Idol winner Kris Allen covered “Baby One More Time”. Check it out:

Kris was performing a special mini-concert for some students in Ohio as a reward for raising over $5000 for Breast Cancer research charities. He announced that he was going to sing one of the songs he loves to sing in the shower and it turns out that we now know the truth – Kris Allen sings Britney Spears in the shower!

I have to be honest, I’m not overly in love with Kris’ rendition, but I have to give him props for trying! I wonder if Britney has heard about this yet!
