Is Kristin Kreuk really saying goodbye to Smallville?
The Lana Lang of television admitted that Smallville is the longest relationship she has had in the past 7 years. “And it has now pretty much ended.” As a way to seal the freedom, Kristin Kreuk cut off ALL her hair!
I (Kristin) just went in there on my own and Sarah (she is the key hairstylist on Smallville, and is freakin rad) tied it in a ponytail and sawed the sucker off…
The cut looks great on Kristin, but I’m surprised to find her very thin and haggard-looking in this photo. She looked different at the Comic Con last week. Maybe it’s the stress of filming a new movie.
She landed the title role for the movie adaptation of the video game “Street Fighter 4: The Legend of Chun-Li“. The film is still in productions and very few pictures have appeared… up until now…

Just to clarify, Kristin will still appear in Smallville, in a few episodes as a guest star. She just won’t become a series regular anymore.

Kristin’s AWESOME she’s always trying to make girls feel more inpowering. I luv that she takes time out of her busy schedle to help girls all over the world. I Luv Kristin for all the things she does. and I can’t wait for the new Streetfighter movie to come out. Especially since Kristin will be playing the main character Chun Li. Go Kristin!!!

Kreuk also supports sustainability projects, such as the Aga Khan Foundation, which is a non-governmental agency that come up with unique solutions to solve social problems, mostly in Asia and Africa.
“It helps local communities without military support or aid. They fund really amazing projects,” said Kreuk.
With filming the show, supporting the arts, and helping and creating charities and projects, it’s still a wonder that they don’t break out now and then, since Kreuk has been one of the longest-running faces on the Neutrogena commercials.

Hoping the producers of “Smallville” will be able to talk Kristin into doing more than 5 or 6 episodes. She’s so important to the “Smallville” storyline and so talented. Keeping my fingers crossed for more of Kristin on “Smallville”.
