Lately, a lot people have been wondering whether the Rihanna and Lady Gaga song “Silly Boy” was aimed at Chris Brown after he allegedly assaulted Ri-Ri on February 8th.
I put up the demo for this track on April 7th, which was just under a month since the assault. That’s pretty fast to come up with a comeback track, if it really is aimed at Brown. Listen to the demo for “Silly Boy” below:
The lyrics of the song have people thinking the track was penned as a diss to Chris. Some lyrics to mention would be around the chorus where you’ll hear:
“I said I’m not coming back. You fooled me once but you can’t have that ego turning. Just too bad for you, that when you had me. Didn’t know what to do, she’s over you. Do you think that they’re talking about Chris Brown or do you think it’s just ironic timing?
Ok, so first of all, if this is Rihanna and Lady Gaga I LOVE IT!!! But there’s a lot of rumors saying it isn’t..well is it???? I would love to know because I’ve been waiting a long time to hear Rihanna and Lady Gaga sing together for real, and this song is perfect for them, but if it’s not them who is it? Don’t you think if it’s not them the people who really sing this should get credit? If not maybe Ri-Ri and Gaga should get together and write and sing a song together. That’s what their fans would love!! And about Chris Brown, it does sound a lot like it could be for him, if so, wootwoot! But if not, I think the lyrics are just really good, and go well with the song, and I love it anyway, wether or not it’s about Chris Brown. This song has started so many rumors about Chris, and who really sings it, but all in all it’s an amazing song and is sure to be loved by many.<3
Whilst trying to find an artist for this amazing song, which for a long time we thought was the famous rhianna and gaga! We came across a forum that had said that, about a year ago the song was written by an artist from the netherlands and sent to Rhiannas record company. Whgen Rhianna was ready to record it, she had a bust up with Chris Brown and thought it would be unappropriate to use. So this “mysterious” artist goes under the name of “eva”!!
Whether this is true or not, we do not know, but is a fantastic song whoever sings it and we will contiune to listen to it! Hope this helped!
