LaKisha Jones Expecting Baby Number 2

LaKisha Jones made her name on American Idol as the single mom with a big voice. But some things have changed since then. She’s no longer single – she married financial advisor Larry Davis last October.

The couple are now expecting their first child together, a little brother or sister for LaKisha’s six-year-old daughter Brionne.

LaKisha expects her second child in August. But before then she’s got her solo album to think about. The CD, appropriately titled So Glad I’m Me, will drop on May 19.

“When I think about all the goodness in my life right now, every day I think ‘I’m so glad I’m me!’” she said.

It’s little wonder! It sounds like everything’s going LaKisha’s way!
