Larry Birkhead is “not okay”

Larry Birkhead, currently in a head to head paternity contest with Anna Nicole’s former attorney (now) Howard Stern, is "not okay":

No word yet on the whereabouts of Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern, both of whom claim to be Dannielynn’s father. TMZ briefly contacted Birkhead’s lawyer, who would only say that Larry “is not OK.”

Anna frequented the South Florida Hard Rock location. Just a month ago, a playful Anna was caught showing off new body art to Hulk Hogan during a boxing match.

As of 4:00 p.m., the Broward County Medical Examiner had been dispatched to retrieve the body of Anna Nicole Smith. The hotel room Anna was occupying at the Hard Rock will be sealed off as a part of the investigation.
