Latest Grey's Anatomy Ratings

ImageThe ratings are in and it looks like Grey’s Anatomy helped ABC win in the ratings this past week, at least in terms of key demographic. According to Reuters, 15.6 million viewers tuned into watch the medical drama, 8 million tuned in to watch Ugly Betty and 11.3 million tuned in for Lost.

CBS came second to ABC in key demographic, but it did attract more viewers. Survivor had 12.7 million, CSI had 17.8 million, and Without a Trace pulled in 14.6 million.

NBC came in third, and FOX and the CW did their best to hang in there.

Ratings, overall, are still on the low side compared to the pre-strike days, so it looks like television as a whole is going to be suffering from the effect of the strike for a while to come.

I am disappointed with the way the show is going. I don’t like to writing this season and I am not thrilled with the character dynamics…except for Izzy and Alex’s relationship/friendship. It’s just become the typical medical show with drama between friends and the token gay couple. I think I’m done watching this show.
