Lauren Graham’s film "Birds of America" (previously "Laws of Motion") will premiere this January at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah (held January 17-27).
The film is directed by Craig Lucas and the screenplay by Elyse Friedman. The film was shot this past summer in Connecticut and is still being mixed prior to its premiere.
"It’s about two brothers and a sister, all of whom have a difficult time loving each other," Lucas told Playbill.com. "The younger two were more or less raised by the older brother, and they treat him with scorn and act out all the time. It’s an extremely tender, quiet look at family; a gentle comedy."
This is the film which co-stars Matthew Perry, Ben Foster, Hilary Swank and Ginnifer Goodwin. Cross your fingers they all make it out to the premiere!

Cant wait to see lauren and matt on screen together. Love them both, and considering their off screen relationship, it’s an exciting prospect.
