Now that Lauren Graham (Lorelai on Gilmore Girls) is officially a part of the cast of Parenthood, it’s time for her to start doing her promotional appearances to promote the show. First stop: the Ellen DeGeneres show. Lauren is one of Ellen’s favorite guests and it’s very easy to see why in the following clip. Lauren is lively, warm and comes across as a normal person, not a high and mighty actress. She talks mostly about her experiences doing Guys & Dolls. I love when she’s on ellen. She’s so lively & entertaining. I think I may have misunderstood her but it sound like she said “and go to sleep with like a humidifier, glasses & a hat” (about 2 1/2 mins in). I understand going to sleep with a humidifier and I guess a hat would keep your head warm so you don’t get cold but glasses?!?!? I don’t know of anybody that sleeps with glasses.
This was a great interview, I love Lauren!! I like that she talked about her Broadway experience and shared different stories than others she has told in previous interviews. I love when she’s on Ellen, those two are so funny together! I especially like when Ellen asks Lauren about her relationship with Matthew Perry!! Ahh, maybe next time!
Can’t wait for the show and also her next talk show appearance, one interview is NOT enough!!!
How can someone spent 120$ and fall asleep while watching the show?!?!?!?! I went four times in a row and I can’t believe someone could sleep with all that crowd singing and dancing and all the clapping and screaming… I just can’t imagine someone on the front row asleep while “Sit down you’re rocking the boat”

Lauren is a fantastic man! I can also watch it for hours. It is an incredible person that plays for nothing!
Cableman came to my house today and i was def not afraid to say that I love Lauren Graham and am totally tuning in to Parenthood…
I can’t decide what really draws me to her–whether it be the fact that she’s ridiculously beautful, cuz she looks way better than any other woman her age or younger even without botox and plastic surgery crap…or cuz she’s incredibly smart and witty, like its as if she practices stand-up in front of the mirror when she wakes up…She’s passionate and an amazing woman and i hope she succeeds in everything…
I have been a die-hard Lauren fan from day one and I will always be!
