LeAnn Rimes Accused of Stalking

Dressed very casually in a tank top, jeans and flip-flops, country singer LeAnn Rimes was spotted leaving Kreation Kafe in Santa Monica, California yesterday after having lunch with a friend.

LeAnn is still fending off rumors that she and Northern Lights co-star Eddie Cibrian, though both married to other people, are seeing each other on the sly.

The blond singer has even been accused by Eddie’s wife, model Brandi Glanville, of stalking, saying she’s been “aggressively pursuing” pursuing Cibrian. LeAnn commented to People magazine that she’s taking the high road: “You know what, I’m a classy woman. I’m never ever going to battle anything out in the press.”

A rep for LeAnn called the stalking charge “incredibly defamatory,” and really, you’d have to be pretty dumb to “aggressively pursue” another star while in the spotlight, and LeAnn doesn’t strike me as dumb. What do you think?
