LeAnn Rimes and her Northern Lights co-star Eddie Cibrian have both been quick to deny rumors that they’re having an affair after the “news” broke just last night.
Though LeAnn wrote on her website this morning that she and husband Deane Sheremet having been “a difficult time,” she all but denied the affair rumors on Live With Regis & Kelly this morning, saying
“Everything’s great – there’s rumors all the time,” she said.
“Things pass, life happens,” she later added. “You know, everything people read is not … as easy as black and white. That’s what it is. I let it roll off my back most of the time.”
Cibrian has also said they’re nothing more than friends and had just gone out for dinner one night while filming:
“LeAnn and I are friends, we went to dinner, that’s it. The most ridiculous thing is that people believe I would do something like this period … much less do it in a public place. The false accusations are obviously causing a rift at home, but me and my family will get through this together.”
Deane also got in on the action by Twittering “I love my wife!” this morning.
