How have I never seen this before? I *love* blooper reels! This video has several great “oops!” moments during the filming of Mr & Mrs Smith. Be warned that if swearing bothers you, there are a few language instances in the video.
Having done a bit of acting myself (nothing major, alas, just some stage work locally), I know how hard it is to come back to a serious moment once everyone starts giggling.

Start out with “Angelina & Brad will last.” I submitted one completely positive comment, 2 that criticized tabloids, and 2 indirectly addressing the “homewrecker” issue.

I’ve studied and worked in the media – all kinds – since my first year in college in 1970. Tabloids, magazine/internet/whatever – I know to be 99.9%lies, even the photos are photoshopped. If they don’t make up the lies themselves, they repeat and recycle others’ lies. They don’t have factcheckers on their staff.
People magazine still holds to jounalistic standards – they have factcheckers. They don’t print lies & rumors unless they’ve been lied to themselves (e.g., exclusive cover of JA with that Paul guy, which then JA denied). For celebrity news, I rely on magazines like Readers’ Digest, Vanity Fair, Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Redbook, Elle, Marie Claire, Allure, Glamour, Jane, etc. They’re generally reliable. The only reliable thing about tabs are that they’re lies. (But everyone photoshops – the tabs are the most outrageous about making doctored pics tell lying stories.)
I’ve learned to be skeptical of legitimate media like the NY Times, Washington Post, network news, CNN, etc. too. Remember the weapons of destruction that got us into Iraq which turned out to be non-existent? (The NY Times and Washington Post even apologized about it a while ago.)
As news/information consumers we need to be careful which media and which news to believe. Does that media have a record of being reliable? Do they use factcheckers and at least 2 independent sources? Do they have a bias, have they been unfair in the past? If they publish someting sourced from somewhere else, are *those* sources reliable? If the source is a blog or a tabloid, might as well kiss it off and treat it as fiction.
Oops, I meant Vanity Fair magazine.
First, if my opinion offended some of the fans here about Angie’s weight, I apologize because I see it in a different layer. I am a fan of both Angie & Brad not Jennifer Aniston. I also do not hate JA. I am not giving Angie a diagnosis. The weight issue is my personal opinion. Since she is being compared to Audrey Hepburn, I recall that Audrey did not have adopted children like Mia F. and Angie. And yes, I agree that if Audrey is alive today, she will also be “anorexic” according to the tabloids in today’s standard. But like what I said it is just a personal opinion. My area is to evaluate students with special needs sometimes including emotional issues. That is why I mentioned that a person who is not gaining weight if caused emotionally may be helped by a professional psychiatrist which is not what I am.
Also, I am not hinting anything negative about Brad & Angie’s chemistry in MMS. I am merely stating facts from what I read from an interview by Jennifer that Brad was not present at the final taping. As a matter of fact, I thought JA met Angie at the set of MMS. This was when she said, “I heard you will be working with my husband. Have a good time,” from Variety mag.
A last note about Debbie M from Enews is pro JA because she is also of Greek descent like Jen. All of them (Sal, DePandi, Debbie, Ryan) made “negative” comments in the news when Angie “snob” Ryan Seacrest. I watched the Daily 10 everynight and they generally worship Jen. The best one is ACCESS Hollywood.
offtopic: sorry for doing this guys, but i just found again another nice review of a mighty heart, and thought i’d share with you. after some of the bashing this movie got from some people, it’s so refreshing to read reviews like this. i hope it’ll be shown here in the philippines.

Don’t watch E news so don’t know about Giuliana DePandi (looked up her name because I had to fine how to spell debbie’s name). However I do watch E! Daily 10 and Debbie Matenopoulos has lost alot of weight no mention of her either. So you are correct about this double standard.

Love the unrated MAMS video. One of my favorites is Brad and Angelina rehersial of the tango. I think that was the dance.
sorry bout that last comment – just not sure where to stand on these two. liked them much better before they were together. something just doesnt seem right.
Oh and Jen also mentioned that when Friends finished they would start a family. Why did she then start up 4 films back to back, when she and Brad had obsviously made this promise to each other??
The most honest and heartfelt thing I have ever heard her say is the that she wants to be remembered for playing something more than a dizzy blonde who shops.
That to me that made it very clear where she stood on the family issue. Yes she wants a family, but not yet. And if she has the right to pursue her career before family, then surely Brad has a right to pursue his dream of a family whilst his still young even to enjoy them! Just my opinion!
You know Lucy, I was not going to respond to your list of “hints and winks” about what happened between Brad and Angie. But I will now because in a previous post you suggested that she maybe anorexic from a picture taken at an odd angle and then probably photoshopped for good measure. Anything for effect if it worsens Angie’s reputation, right?!
The directors and producers say that they got on really well from the start, they did not say they ‘flirted’.
The first scene was bogata! The chemistry is clear, that does not mean they did anything wrong!
Brad is not in charge of production, they were already behind schedule from having to recast several times. He couldn’t just take time off to hold his wife’s hands. And quite frankly I don’t blame him, considering she could not be bothered to visit him in Malta when he was stuck there for six months. (Until the same mags attacking Angie started attacking her).
She said that this was time she first became aware that their marriage had problems . Really?! She forgot that they spent half of 2003 apart and only spoke by phone mainly.
She forgets that she gave an interview in which her comments made it quite clear to the world that they were not on the same path in their lives; she wants max. 1 or 2 children, Brad wants six or seven. Why marry him? She has a fear of flying, Brad has always loved travelling and this was first mentioned in Rolling Stone 1994/5. Why marry him? Publicity!
He had just met Angie, 2004 and you know regardless of how beautiful someone is, their mear presence should not cause something that was ‘strong’ in the first place to disintegrate.

The weight issue that you have diagnosed, I watched E news the other day, and Juliana Depan?(sp) had lost her breast and butt from being sooo skinny! Yet no one comments on her. Instead her station and show help hype up Angie’s “weight” issue.
Learn to watch, read and listen with prejudice (an open-minded prejudice).
These two have lots of loughs at home.

You can watch all of these and the making of MMS from the unrated dvd with Doug Limon, Simon and the other producers narration while making the film. Notice the date they filmed the Bogota dance at Olvera Street was New Year’s day Jan. 1, 2004. The same month that the final episode of Friends was taping. Also, from the narration, I think the first reading (first meeting) of Brangie was the dinner scene when Brad was obviously flirting to a shy Angie. Angie told James Lipton that she was shy at first because comedy is sort of not her territory. But Brad told her she can do comedy well. The unrated version has 2 dvd’s. One is just all the process of making the film including deleted scenes, bloopers, and some lessons from Doug Limon. Thanks Sherry for showing this. There is also and alternative ending and a wedding scene in that version.
