if you want to CONTACT LINDSAY I suggest going through her publicist. I’m not quite sure what the matter of your contact is so I can’t say whether or not she will acquiesce to your request but if you want to here is the info:

She works for the Baker Winokur Ryder Agency and that is the main number as I don’t actually have her extension so you’ll have to ask them to transfer you to her line.
If your just a fan looking to linsday I suggest you either prepare what you are going to say by way of marketing yourself to her. Publicists don’t particularly want to give access to their clients to just anyone so if you could bring some motive or charity or media outlet into the conversation with you she’d be more likely to be responsive.
