Lindsay Lohan bundled up in an adorable winter outfit in Utah, where temperatures can really plummit. She’d be the hottest girl at a ski lodge in this outfit, to be sure!
Lindsay wore her white winter vest with furry hood over black leggings and Ugg boots. She shopped at XXI Forever near Salt Lake and was seen "attempting" to blow bubbles with her gum.
