After receiving 2 personal Razzie nominations, and a total of 9 for ‘I Know Who Killed Me’, Lindsay Lohan is speaking in defence of her movie.
Lindsay says she doesn’t deserve that kind of criticism and that the movie was "the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life.” She says playing a schizophrenic was draining (inadvertently ending the debate on whether Dakota was real or not).
“I couldn’t believe the emotional range that [Chris Siverston] got out of me. I thought the role was too difficult for me but he helped me to give a performance I didn’t think I was capable of."

RIGHT,WRONG MOVIE TIMING.THAT ADDED MORE CRITICS,I THINK SHE DID OK N MAYBE TRIED HER BEST IN THE MOVIE.OK FOR A BEGINNER,VERY HARD TO DO SUCH MOVIE IF U DON’T KNOW N HAVE TALENTS.MAYBE SHE SHOULD TRY AGAIN .. OR NOT.BUT I’M STILL SURPRISE SHE DID IT.
OPIE…you are quite right,as these quotes are from interviews done in may-jun07.since miss Lohan is declining all interviews and media questions,the trashloid mongrels have to recycle all the old stories,rumors,innuendo,and change the context of her older interviews,as that is how the trashloid media and the smearNET works.these clowns wouldn’t know ‘journalistic integrity’ to save their useless lives,much less put any truth on the printed page or digital media.EVERYTHING that read you read about her is designed to cast her in a bad light,because the media and the insatiable,negativity ‘dirt’ loving public thrive on it.pathetic
anyway,i really liked ‘i know who killed me’,so the craptastic ‘critics’,razzie fools,haters,and the perezhole acolytes can go take a long walk off a short pier,and i’m being nice.peace
Actually, those quotes read like something as part of a promotional package from before the movie was released. So, thanks, Sun for your journalistic integrity.
I’m not sure what Lindsay’s feeling are on the movie and the criticism it has received, but I suspect it was just one more disappointment in a year full of them. Unfortunately, 2008 isn’t looking much better.
i don’t see why they bashed on lindsay’s acting, i loved the movie and her performance, although i saw the french version i don’t think the original one was so different!
– oh, and btw, Lindsay, the good “Razzie folks” — whom I’m sure are the most caring people in the world — do NOT merit ANY response from you!
I enjoyed hearing you talk about your experience in making the movie — and everything you say definitely shows in the film! Way to go, girl! (as usual!!!! :-)
But defending yourself from the opinions of a collective group of no-life haters such as they are is like spraying fine cologne on a pile of dog poop — it just doesn’t change anything and isn’t even worth bothering about.
hmmm — Razzie … ‘razzi — yep, sounds like the crowd to me — just let them wallow in their own fresh piles of you-know-what!

– I still say that this movie just landed at the wrong time — I fully expect to see it resurrected one day — when the public has gotten over it’s trash-feeding mentality about Lindsay due to the problems she was having when it was released. It WILL become a classic!
the movie was disturbing, but lindsay was so impressive the entire time. she is a brilliant actress.
Lindsay was Great in the movie and is capable of emotional rage on and off the screen for sure.

If the movie is bad that doesent mean that Lindsay’s performence was the same….I saw the movie and she waz great.She did her werry best.In my opinion the movie waz ok….But Lindsay played her role as an expert even thou’ it waz her 1.st time in a thriller.She haz madd talent and no one can say otherwise…Lindsay you keep you head up and be proud of who you are beacouse you are the BEST of the BEST…We stand by you babe in every way possible…Love always…peace
