Lindsay Lohan denies that she was carrying or using cocaine on the night of her second DUI arrest.
Lindsay Lohan claims innocence
Lindsay Lohan simply claimed "I am innocent."
Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush emailed Lindsay Lohan to ask if she wanted his support, and she replied with:
"Yes. I am innocent… did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
She doesn’t seem to deny the alcohol. Given that her attorney made a statement yesterday that she had relapsed, and that the police registered a high blood alcohol level, this would be hard to deny.
The car chase
Although Lindsay Lohan’s ex-assistant Tarin Graham’s mom phoned to 911 that Lohan was chasing her in her car, Lindsay Lohan claims that the assistant’s mom almost hit her with her car.
Police found Lohan and the woman in a "heated debate" in the parking lot of Santa Monica’s Civic Auditorium at about 1:30 a.m., according to Santa Monica police Lt. Alex Padilla.
The charges
Lindsay Lohan was arrested with misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, and felony cocaine possession. If convicted of all charges, she will have up to 6 years in jail.
Two other people were in the car with Lindsay Lohan, but were released without charges.
The parents speak
Michael Lohan spoke yesterday about how much this was his fault, and his wife’s fault, and how he didn’t believe Lindsay would recover without them.

alright people,i got a little problem with this whole ‘i’m billy bush and i got an e-mail from Lindsay’.how do we know that this e-mail actually came from miss Lindsay?!billy bush is a trashloid poser just like every other ‘tv personality’ out to make ratings and a name for theirself.every story out there said that Lindsay was back in rehab right out of jail,and billy knew she couldn’t defend herself and now EVERYBODY has their own ‘exclusives’,e-mails,breaking news,etc.it’s a win-win situation for the trashloid media.peace
she is so full of it. trying to blame the coke on her friends rather than herself. they will take her urine and she will test positive for coke. there is no getting out of it. when coke metabolizes in the body a chemical is produced that is ONLY THERE if one has ingested cocaine. im a recovering addict i know what i am talking about. and i never would have let a friend take the fall or tried to blame them for my own habit, especially if the drugs were found on me. lindsay just has not been truly ready to get clean- you have to really want it to stop using. i hope the next rehab she goes to she plans on staying in for six to twelve months at the minimum (if she doesnt go to jail that is) , you don’t heal and get rid of 21 years of emotional shit in two months. she also needs to drop all the people in her life who use and stay away from the places she associates with using. her actions show me that she has been hoping to relapse. i hope she does better this time and the judge will give probation and mandatory rehab far away from los angeles, somewhere across the country and secluded, for a long while.

That is the oldest excuse in the book “The drugs arent mine” but they were in her car its so obvious she was doing the drugs no1 just holds there friends drugs. I love lindsay lohan but her life is going down hill and shes being a horrible role model. She deserves to be put behind bars. If she continues this she’ll be dead in a couple years.
This is a very sad story…I am a fan a Lohan’s and I support her 100%. Her parents need to join together as a family and direct Lindsay in regaining control of her life. Lindsay is soo very talented and I believe that she is ruining her body and is on the road to destruction. I wish Lindsay the best and am praying for her safe recovery
