What bothers me is that some news sources are spinning this as a sign of Lindsay’s declining popularity, which isn’t so. The doll is old and it’s sales life is at an end.

Personally, I don’t own the doll and I still won’t get one now that it’s clearance priced because me owning a doll is just plain creepy. I might wind up getting it from someone as a gag gift at some point, possibly. But I sure ain’t gonna buy it for myself. I would feel nothing but shame and I would deserve to feel nothing but shame.
