According to TMZ, law enforcement ‘sources’ have told them that Lindsay Lohan’s toxicology reports from the night of the crash are out. The report indicates that Lindsay Lohan had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol in her system, and also traces of cocaine in her system.
Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, "It’s highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case." Berk added, "It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."
All I can say is that I am truly happy that Lindsay is getting the help she needs right now, and I hope she doesn’t face jail time for her mistakes.

I love Lindsay, I am SO glad she is getting help. But this post really wasnt a surprise at all.

July 2, 2007 Happy 21st birthday,Lindsay….i am leaving my b’day comment on this post since it is my sincere wish that you make out well in your dealings with the legal system and your case,and not fall victim to some judge trying to make a name for him or herself at the expense of a celebrity by the mere fact that they are a celebrity.i do hope that the judge takes into account your rehabilitation and first time offense status.i also wish for success at the box office for you,with the soon release of I Know Who Killed Me;it looks like a great thriller and i can’t wait to see it.have a fun-filled day with your family and friends and remember that you can have fun without getting wasted,as it took me a few wasted years to learn that.best of health and happiness,Lindsay,and good luck with your next movie project,Poor Things.peace

larry….i had a dui a few years back,after a decade of parties,blackouts,countless lost money,numerous ex-girlfriends,several parked car accidents,and it all resulted in my first offense dui;thank god i didn’t kill anyone,but i did put a couple of people in the hospital with stitches and broken bones,but,ironically,they,the occupants of the car i hit,were drunker than me.anyway,this dui/accident was my wakeup call and i received a one year license suspension,550 dollar fine,2 month asap classes,1 year AA meetings(i went for 3 yrs total),100 dollar driver safety class,and i had so many points on my driver record that i couldn’t get vehicle insurance for over THREE years after my dui.i learned to love public transportation the hard way in pennsylvania.anyway,my point is this:Lindsay will get about the same as me because her driving history is somewhat bad,lots of accidents,and she will get first offense dui on record,but i don’t know about the drug charge.in pennsylvania,possession of coke is a felony,and non-violent first offenders usually get 10 days in jail,20 days suspended,of 1 month sentence,3 years probation.i have no idea what cali does.i do sincerely wish her the best with her legal issues and i hope her lawyer gets her out of the possession charge,so she doesn’t have to do time.i spent 12 hours in the drunk tank and it is no fun.they did a body search and took my shoe laces,and i felt the lowest in my life.all told,i lost about 6,500 dollars between the lawyer fees,fines,classes,state requirements to get my license reinstated,and i still pay for it to this day in my vehicle insurance rates.i hope Lindsay comes out of this a wiser,mature,stronger person,with a handle on her demons,a full-time driver,and some life lessons from the school of hard knocks.the first couple of months after my conviction were the toughest,no license,lots of money gone,loss of self-esteem,mandatory aa and asap meetings,and i had lost my party life because i was so miserable,which in hindsight,was a good thing.i hope Lindsay has that realization that i did,that i could have killed someone or myself,and this truly is her wakeup call.i have never driven drunk since then and have been able to live life without the crutch of massive amounts of alcohol,but alcoholism is a demon you will to control the rest of your life,and it truly is a DEMON!!!that said,happy 21st b’day,Lindsay,and best of health and clarity of mind without the need for copious amounts of liquid courage.you can be strong and in control,and if the judge does give you a few days in the slam,hold your head high,take responsibility for your actions,do your time with dignity,and you will be a better person for it.that worthless no-talent parasite ruined anything she had for not having GRACE UNDER PRESSURE and her true colors were apparent to the whole world.Lindsay,i have always perceived you as a stong person,regardless of the addictive personality traits,which i also have,and i see you getting through this mess with your head on straight,good legal counsel,and your career and reputation stepping back from the abyss of ruin.good luck in august,peace
Besides Dave, If I am right, as a first offence she could get probation, and with her money, she could hire a full time driver, through the full term of her probation, not like Paris Hilton, who thought she could get away with driving on a suspended license.Such being the case, she may just turn this around, and avoid any jail time at all. we can only hope. as for Huron, somebody probably stole his 15 minutes of fame once, and he is just bitter ( She-? oh,god,you again,hur..whatev-hater??? it is a FIRST time offense,saint huron,and everyone gets a second chance to make amends,turn their life around,etc. i am so sick of these holier-than-thou types that sit in judgement behind their flat-screens! ANYONE can get a dui,saint huron,it’s how you move on after your courtdate,asap classes,aa meetings,high insurance,license suspension,fines,lawyer fees,and other financial problems,that tells what kind of person you are.so,saint huron,the perfect,sinless person that you are,make sure that you attend church tomorrow and pray for Lindsays sins and for her to see the light and return to who she was before the addictions.you can do that,right?saint huron,i don’t hear you….you self-righteous twit!!!happy 21st b’day,Lindsay,and pay no mind to the haters.peace

Lindsay needs some friends who love her for being her and will have her back when the chips are down,not shady promoters,drunkbuddies,and dysfunctional parents who only like her money and celebrity.i do not believe jailtime is what is needed here,especially since all the pending charges are first time offenses;everybody should get a chance to turn it around if first offenses are non-violent,and do not involve injury or death to other people.Lindsay was the only injury,no other vehicles were involved,she did go straight to the hospital after leaving the accident,AND she did seek professional addiction help on her own,shortly after the dui citation.i also don’t believe anything from those trashloid tmz maggots!! check this out-there have been NO pics or info on Lindsay since the pink rose jogging pics on 23jun07,a week,people.that means that the trashloids have to make up stories to stay relevant.drugs and alcohol were thought to be part of the accident from day one,so how is this phony ‘leak’ breaking news?why is there no actual toxicology report,huh?!puh-leeze,it’s just the haters and trashloid media causing more crap because she is keeping an extremely low profile. i think she is starting her closed-set filming on “poor things” and the camera criminals are pissed because they have no idea where she is or the promises halfway house where she will be living for a while.happy 21st b’day,Lindsay,and best of health and happiness.peace
I agree with you too. Jail is not what sheneeds. This may sound weird but I don’t think jail is what Lindsay needs. Lindsay needed someone to seriously sit her down and tell her that she needs to deal with her addictions. She is doing very well in rehab and the fact that she decided to extend her stay is even more promising. Jail is not what she needs. She needed to deal with her addictions which she is doing right now. This is first offence. I know that people will be pushing for her to be made “an example of” like Paris but I sincerely hope she doesn’t go to jail. She is not a threat to society. Also, I know that her going to rehab is not simply a tactic to impress the judge. But, I do hope that the judge takes into account that she has been in rehabilitation. And I mean no one was injured except for some trees on sunset blvrd. Fingers crossed she doesn’t go to jail. x x
First Off I am with You, Arieanna, Lets hope that Lindsay doesn’t face jail time for her mistakes, After all this would be a first Offence, Probably a Probationary Period where she has to keep her ” nose” (excuse the pun) clean, ( I really Hope thats all) and WE don’t have Official Toxicology report on her yet, just a rumor, and the rumor was vague at that, ” Traces ” could mean anything. I firmly believe and have believed all along that she was drunk, but a concerted move has been made, and pushed like the dickens by several persons to tie her to Cocaine, which can cary an automatic stiff penalty. I don’t like that one bit. Lets wait for the Official Report, then if true, I will concede the point about Cocaine. Oxy-Contin on the other hand, is a Codine product, and has it’s own dependancies, in spite of the fact that when it first came out many years ago was touted as ” Probably Low Occurance of Addiction “. well even my brother went through an addiction phase with that one, for severe back pain. Me, I have taken Tylenol-3 which is laced with Codine, for my back problem, but no addiction there. It makes me sick to my stomach ( severe nausea ). I am going to withhold opion on the Cocaine issue until the Official Report, later this month or the next.
