Lindsay Lohan and her sister Ali Lohan grabbed a bite to eat with a family friend before leaving St. Barth Tuesday.
Before leaving St. Barth’s airport, Lindsay got a neck massage, probably to calm her nerves with the problems she is having with ex-BFF Patrick. It appears that the girls were sharing a chicken salad.
I’m guessing from her Twitter posts, that the guy giving her the massage is the family friend she refers to.

Massage is good for her and more better also massage on her fods then she will be comfortable. Her sirculation on her body will be balance and relax. Her nerve gone and back to job she was planned.
Very nice pictures. Lindsay is such a beautiful girl. At last She looks so rested, happy and healthy. I also like her casual outfit. No high heels, no makeup, no cigarettes just Lindsay with Ali and Her mom’s friend. I’m sure 2010 will be a great year for Lindsay :)
