Yes it looks like one of those Fur Traders hats you used to see in the Ukon. Still popular in some parts of Russia, and the outer high mountains of Mongolia. Great for really cold weather, as it will protect your ears from frost bite. So fetch.

Hey guys,
This kind of hats come from east Europe and they are called CHAPKA. It s usually made of fur but since it s very fashionable in Europe this winter they make it out of other material too.
