According to CNN and X17, Lindsay Lohan was cited for suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence). i.e., Lindsay Lohan was drinking and driving. She is under suspicion because of an accident on Friday night.
Lindsay Lohan’s Friday night timeline:
- Midnight – Les Deux nightclub in her black GMC SUV, driven by her bodyguard Jaz
- 3:00am – Lindsay Lohan leaves Les Deux for a private house party in Hollywood
- 4:00am – Lindsay Lohan leaves the party to go to Skybar at the Mondrian Hotel
- 5:00am – Lindsay Lohan returns to her condo, driven by Jaz, to pick up her own car, a black Mercedes SL 65 convertible
- 5:15am – Lindsay Lohan goes over a curb on Sunset Boulevard and runs into some trees (a few blocks from her house)
- 5:25am – Lindsay flees the scene of the accident and goes to hospital for minor injuries related to the crash
- 5:30am – Beverly Hills Sheriff’s Department gets a call about the accident
- Lindsay Lohan cited for DUI
- 6:30am – Lindsay Lohan’s car is towed

Lindsay Lohan will have to appear in court about the DUI citation. Witnesses said Lindsay Lohan is lucky to walk away from the injury – if she had hit the curb a few feet from where she did, she would have sustained much more grave injuries.

Stop Drinking Alcohol, Stop Smoking, Stop doing any Illegal Drugs you may be doing, you are impacting your younger brother and sister in a really bad way, not to mention that I can’t stand the thought of you going off a cliff or into a Guard rail and getting killed. There are people out here in real-land that need you to be here for us. and we want you to get well. Seriously, it sucks that you’re not sober anymore. And it sucks even more that you’re falling apart and losing it and using drugs.
God, Linds, hope this’ll be a lesson to you. I don’t know what to say anymore. You don’t even sleep!!!! As a fan, I want to say one more time, PLEASE stop before you end up dying.
I knew it was gonna happen. Don’t get me wrong I am a big fan of Lohan’s, but she needs to change somethin. It’s just like the whole Britney Spears ordeal. No much difference…… SHE NEEDS TO STOP BEFORE SHE GOES TOO FAR, AND THIS IS ALREADY OUT OF CONTROL.

Lindsay has several challenges, but only one will get her attention. Cut off the cash flow. For example, Disney is a family-oriented brand. Ms. Lohan has made the bulk of her money from Disney. Unlike Paris Hilton, Lindsay has worked for her money and taking it away might be the thing that get her attention or maybe not.
Let’s take it one step further: apply her behavior to an NFL football player or NBA baller. David Stern would BAN them and prevent them from earning a living. Therefore, parents need to be the David Stern for their children. Then and ONLY then will Ms. Lohan get the message and fully understand.
OMG! I cannot belive it! Why did she do that to her self? I mean, I though she got over the alcohol and drugs, why did she come back to that? Oh God, I don’t even know what to say….Linds should take a break to analize her lifestyle and figure out what is going on with her self and what can she do to stop that couse it hurts, and more to her family and even her self. If she spends 2 month of her life in a rehab center why she is going to waste that time doing this? Well, I don’t know, Linds is an adult and she should know what to do, anyways, I keep suporting her and I trust in her, I love her sooo much and is going to be that way 4EVER! Ive been saying to friends for 3 years now how can she go out to all these clubs and bars and drink when she was under age.Never a peep about it every time she gets in trouble nothing about under age drinking .If she were a non celeberty clubs would get closed down or an adult charged with serving a minor if it were at a private party.Why does the police and media never treat her like the pice of S#it she is?

Are you people kidding me! Why do people even care. In the grand scheme of things she is just another person who’s fallen into the addiction. She is not God or a martyr, just flesh and blood. This obsession with fame and stars is what I call the “dummification of America”. Poor Lyndsay! Who F*&%’n Cares! She made her bed now she can sleep in it!! She has already been to rehab so she made the choice. No one puts the drink in your hand or the straw up your nose. I’ve been in the party lifestyle and I made a choice. She is just a person. All you star struck people should stop worrying about other people and start enjoying your OWN lives. Be happy for you not some worthless spoiled poptart.

I’m glad Lindsay’s ok, but you guys are right, she should get her act together and quit her partying lifestyle. She’s throwing her life away and it’s a shame. I hope she turns her life around soon.
First, Im sick of hearing all this crap about these spoiled rotten, thoroughly irrelevant, human flotsum like Linda Lohan, Hilton, Spears, etc… I find it sad that so many people have such a void in their lives as to subscribe to the soap opera these no talent scatterbrained girls thrive upon. Folks, theyre trailer trash with money, nothing more. Do yourselves a favor and pick up a book, get a hobby, weave a basket, but move on!!
