Lindsay Lohan was spotted outside her New York Hotel yesterday. The crimpy haired starlet was all smiles for the camera. And boy did she look hot wearing those leggings and the stiletto platform boots!
Why does she almost always wear extremely high heels? She would be beautiful if she’d add about 10 pounds to her borderline anorexic frame.
