Lindsay Lohan shopping in West Hollywood

Lindsay Lohan is spotted shopping in West Hollywood, California on Monday, sporting a Harley Davidson sleeveless black print top under a jacket.

On video, Lindsay is spotted stopping at City National Center building and then later at Roseark to shop. Lindsay walked in to Roseark wearing a black jacket with fringe, taking off her jacket and putting up her hair, and comes out with her hair down, wearing a different black jacket (the one in the photo above).

I really like the photos of Lindsay with her hair up – makes her look a lot younger.
