Lindsay Lohan may or may not have hit a photographer with her car yesterday. The thinking from bystanders is that the paparazzi were just setting Lindsay up for a) a good shot or b) a good lawsuit and that she didn’t even hit him at all.

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of running over a photographer in New York. Onlookers say Lohan, 20, rolled her BMW towards the lensman who then fell to the ground, saying he had been run over. She accused him of “faking it” as he writhed on the street, it was claimed, before leaving in another car, driven by a bodyguard.The photographer was taken to St. Luke’s hospital. Lohan was initially allowed to leave the scene by police but was called back several hours later for questioning. The extent of the photographer’s injuries are as yet unknown.

This is just lame. I mean this guy seems to want to do anything for a quick buck. Leave Lindsay alone is she not entitled to a private life at all? Us fans want to know as much about her as possible but we don’t need to know everything do we?

It looks like the paparazzi are even worse then their reputation is.

I saw a couple of videos, the only one where she allegedly hit the paparazzi is where you see the guy and his a-hole comrads (who is also the camera guy of this footage) taunting Lindsay throughout the video. Then the shot cuts away and then you see the guy “wailing” on the ground. Anyone with common sense can see that guy is faking and his friends were creating a situation to earn money for the tape.
I agree with other commentors. This is so not true! That faking guy is really pathetic.
i dont believe this!lindsay would never do that to the paparazzi he is just faking it,who ever hates lindsay is definitly jealous,coze lindsay has a mind to think,while paris and britney are ruining their lives,such sluts,u think lindsay is bad but u have never been her friend to say that,the paparazzi are always following lindsay over over,why dont u just leave her alone,so she can show who she really is,and congratulations to her father!hes out from jail,wish both of them a nice day!(lindsay & her father)
I don’t believe ány of this. Lindsay may hate the papa’s but she would never do something like that, I mean, if anyone would be careful on the subject ‘jail’ Lindsay would be. Then her father is just out and she comes in, such a reputation ruiner! Omg Lindsay wouldn’t =S

And besides, Linds would have admitted it if SHE REALLY Did… Come on, people. Nobody knows her you know, and I think she’s a great person. She would never run over a paparazzo. She even made nice with the boy who was a huge fan of Herbie…
