I guess Lindsay Lohan decided it was time to speak up.
On Tuesday, Lindsay Lohan told Us Magazine, she is tired of her dad Michael Lohan running her name through the press.
“I’m so hurt that someone who calls himself my father, needs to use the press to communicate with me,” Lohan told Usmagazine.com.
Michael Lohan has discussed Lindsay and her alleged addiction to prescription drugs on Maury Povich’s show and has said he will see conservatorship over Lindsay to straighten her out. Lindsay’s camp has indicated they will seek a restraining order against him if necessary.
Since the burglary of her home in late August, Lindsay said she hasn’t communicated with her dad.
“I have not spoken to my father, nor have I responded to his threatening and erratic messages over the last several months,” Lindsay told Us. “It’s so sad that he needs to stay in the media spotlight by using my name and making up excessive lies,” Lindsay adds. “He should instead try to be a real father.”
Wow, I’m sure Michael Lohan will have a come back to Lindsay’s remarks.

Her mom and dad both love her and are trying to do what they each think is right.
Instead of arguing in public,the three of them should have a private conversation
and try to figure out what is best for the Lohan family.
dear lindsay, right or wrong he still your father. my advise is show to the public you are clean from drug, drinking. focus to your project and fashion. if you do the right way, i believe will be gone all the rumors. you should been lucky have parents and family love and care you. materials is not the way show your love to them. i was young once and under control my father. i was not really happy but i know he was do the best one. and iam not regret now. try to give good sample to your brother and sister. they are looking of you and sometimes follow exactly like big sister do. i have heart problem and since i knew you and follow your story, i was more take medicin. i love you forever.take care my dear linds.
