Lindsay Lohan will appear on the cover of Elle this September – an edition which comes out on August 24th, the same date that Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to appear in court for her DUI charge.
The September edition of Elle is the biggest of the year, and a big win for Lindsay.
I’m told the Elle photo shoot may have taken place just days before Lohan entered rehab.
No word on whether the interview accompanying the photos took place before or during Lohan’s rehab. The magazine is said to have gone to the printer sometime this week…
The September issue is a coup for Lohan. September issues of women’s magazines tend to be their biggest of the year because of heavy advertising from fashion houses promoting their new collections.
It’s also a repeat performance for Lohan. She appeared on last year’s September cover of Elle, too.
I’m told that issue was a huge success, due in part to the publicity surrounding the Lohan story. Lohan claimed in that story she was working on traveling to Iraq to entertain the troops during a trip overseas with Sen. Hillary Clinton.
And just in case you’re wondering, the trip never happened.

Haters go away from this FANSITE. Lindsay does not need you here, we do not need you here. We know what her short comings are, but we don’t throw them in her face all the time. NO, we try to support our favourite star to get her through this trying time, and we can only hope she comes out of this stronger and more beautiful (which I am sure she will) and ready to face what ever will come her way.

I can’t speak for the others but to me Lindsay’s health and happiness is what counts. I agree that Lindsay has problems but she’s at least trying hard to solve them. I also agree that the people around her should be honest with her and not blow sunshine up her ass. To tell her that she is f***** up is hardly the way to do it though. She needs people who truly care for her and not people who are around her for money. She does look much better than she did a month ago. I don’t understand what you hope to accomplish by posting your comments on this site. You should know that people here never will agree with you.

i think having an un-idealistic role model like ms. lohan on the cover of one of my favorite fashion magazines is a HUGE disgrace! fashion icons like vera wang, or doo.ri should grace the covers, but instead elle chooses to have a drug addicted, underage alcoholic on their cover. when my issue comes, it will promtly say “return to sender”
there was a story a couple of weeks ago that Lindsay was allowed out of promises for a couple of hours to take care of business at an unidentified building,with a promises counselor,of course.i believe she did the interview for this photoshoot during this visit,and that the very nature of this in-rehab question-n-answer will have a huge impact on the sales of this issue.elle magazine editors are no dummies and they know Lindsay still has tons of fans and mass appeal,and that if she cleans up her act,she is still the star of the future,her talent and charisma far outshining anyone of this vapid current generation of subpar “actors”.elle magazine has had a great relationship with Linds by their own admission,and i believe they see the talent of this young lady,regardless of her personal situation.i can’t wait to see the photoshoot pics and the interview.happy 21st b’day and the best of health,Lindsay.peace

is around.
I am waiting in anticipation for the photo shoot next september.She’ll be awesome like allways.
In the meantime: Happy birthday Lindsay and many more to come.May we enjoy you for a long time and more often.
