Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23rd birthday with close friends and brother Michael Lohan Jr at Cecconi’s restaurant. A bunch of balloons and gift bags were seen being delivered to the party.
Lindsay tweeted yesterday that she was “Having the best bday ever with family, friends….” but continued, “But I miss my sister and baby brother Cody and my mommy and nana.” I hope Lindsay can see the rest of her family soon to celebrate with them too!!
