Poor Lindsay, she’s been under so much family stress these days! Lindsay and Michael trying to resolve their issues, Dina coming out with her own reality show, Lindsay’s grandfather in the hospital with terminal cancer, and now Lindsay’s grandmother has been in a car crash (via TMZ). Thankfully, she is ok!
Lindsay Lohan’s grandmother Marilyn (on her father’s side) lost control of her Nissan when swerving to avoid an oncoming speeding car while she was coming home from visiting her husband in the hospital. She hit a pole and a tree on Woodbury Road in Woodbury, NY on May 23. Marilyn Lohan was taken to the trauma unit at Nassau University Medical Center, but was released an hour later.
Michael Lohan felt compelled to issue a statement about the accident:
Her son, a 47-year-old newly born-again Christian, pronounced his mother’s survival an "Easter Miracle."
"Jesus kept her out of the grave today," he said.

Lindsay look funny in that first pic, I know she is stressed but she looks so diffrent, hope she hasnt had surgery
…..I’m just glad that Lindsay’s grandmother doesen’t have seriuos injuries ….But it’s still sad that Lindsay has to go thru’ this kind of family problems…But i quess this it’s life…..God Bless you and you’re family….Love always beautiful Angel…peace
Luckilly her grantmother came out of that accident with only minor injuries. Her grandfather
however is batteling with coloncancer so i’ve read. For what i know that is a very painfull form of cancer.I wish Lindsay and her loved ones lots of strenght to deal with this situation.

Lindsay Carries all that Stress so gracefully, at least on the outside, but no-one can carry that many tons of stress for very long, and not breakdown, Lindsay come see me soon. In the meantime, GOD Bless You with Strength and peace in Your heart, through this time of Your family’s current crisis.
