The bill for Lindsay Lohan’s meal at the Ivy on October 4, 2005 has surfaced – this bill is connected with Lindsay’s upcoming court case. The busboy suing Lindsay Lohan alleges she was drunk when she crashed her Mercedes into his van in 2005.
The bill clearly shows 4 Ivy Gilmet purchases, an acloholic drink. Although the bill cannot directly connect any of those drinks to being consumed by Lindsay Lohan (there were 5 people dining), it may prove to be an asset for the prosecution in the case.
Oh, and The Ivy is seriously expensive!! $4.75 for a pop?!

plus it was in 2005, we all know she had major problems back then, but she’s doing good now, as far as we know, and thats good :)….I’m a realist sorry!
as much as i want to defend her, oh come on people, you know she loved drinking, she wouldn’t not drink, around people who were, this is Lindsey.
this bar tab means NOTHING!!! the other people in Lindsays party of five were all over the age of 21,and the last time i checked,anyone 21 and older can legally drink alcohol.five drinks were ordered,four vodka ‘gimlets’ and a cappucino;Lindsays friends each drank a ‘gimlet’,and she drank the cappucino,end of story.the idiot judge should have tossed this frivolous and false lawsuit out of court,when he saw the police report.only in california,nuff said.

So — I’m a little confused — an asset for the prosecution? Is that in Lindsay’s favor?
If it is meant to be an asset AGAINST Lindsay — well, it is just that — an ASSet!
The only thing stupider would be for me (or anyone) to believe there is any conclusive proof to be extracted from this! Rot’s o’ ruck with THAT one!!
