Lionel Richie at Essence Music Festival

Nicole Richie’s father, Lionel Richie, was in Louisiana last weekend to perform as part of the 2009 Essence Music Festival.

Lionel performed on the third day of the festival, on July 5th. Other stars to perform at the festival include Beyonce, Maxwell, John Legend and more! Lionel’s latest CD, “Just Go“, came out this May.
