Lisa D’Amato, who appeared on the fifth cycle of America’s Next Top Model and is best known for her bizarre post-ANTM music career has signed on to appear in the third season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. VH1 revealed the cast a few days ago.
Joining Lisa are Mackenzie Phillips from One Day At A Time, Heidi Fleiss, Dennis Rodman, Mindy McCready, Lisa D’Amato, Mike Starr from Alice in Chains, former Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche, and Joey Kovar from Real World Hollywood.
The third season will consist of eight one-hour episodes that shows the celebrities going through Dr. Drew’s 21-day intensive rehab program.
Several celebs in this season have had very public demonstrations of their issues with drugs and alcohol. Both Joey and Lisa showed their excessive drinking and partying ways on their reality show, Dennis underwent a semi-intervention by Donald Trump on The Celebrity Apprentice, Mindy McCready had a very public DUI and Kari Ann Peniche had her title stripped from her.
Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew will premiere this summer. Will you be watching?

I’m not surprised that an old high school friend has picked out pieces of conversations to create forms of hate on me for a blog.
Also how my moms sister goes on here as well to say that I’ve used this for publicity when I truly needed therapy.
To my moms side of the family I wish you all seek help because even tho denial may have the softest pillows, I’m sure your sleep isn’t as pleasant.
Blood maybe thicker then water, but I’d prefer a tall glass of h20 rather then another day with all your crazy asses.
About my smoke shop….we sell cigars, cigarettes, bongs, rolling papers. I personally am not a stoner or a drug addict & no drugs are at my shop, but I’m sure that isn’t much fun to hear so keep talking your trash while I smile with my chin up because I couldn’t be happier or healthier. <3

Fun that she going to rehab, but she owns a smoke shop in Kingman AZ. Now we know where she gets her pipes and bongs at, plus all of her other stuff, wink wink…
Just saw Lisa on loveline. I knew her in high school and believe me she is a major LIAR. She thinks she’s being funny and cute but it’s gross. She’s into shocking people to get the attention…like peeing into that diaper..it is really pathetic..shes almost 30 like me but I actually went to school and made something of myself and I had family problems too. It’s weird that she complained about her mom taking her out of gymnastics…maybe they could’nt afford it anymore.I wonder if she ever offered to pay for anything with all the money she made as a model.I used to be kind of friends with her but she was really selfish and was always cutting classes back then..always talking about wishing she was from a rich family. She was even wacked out of her mind on graduation day! I went on a trip with her and her mom one time and Lisa was really mean to her!!! I guess all the cocaine and who knows what else she’s been taking have really twisted her mind..like her song she is a trainwreck!! Lisa, if you are reading this.. get off TV and radio shut your mouth and get some legitimate help before it is too late!
Just for the record from a reliable source – Lisa is not credible! She is making up stories about her mom and her relationship with her for the publicity. Her mother is deeply hurt about this. She did it before on ATM and promised her not to do it again but here we go again on last Thursday’s show. None of it is true she is just getting back at her because of her parents’ divorce. It is so sad because she is exploiting the fact that many girls are victims of abuse but she is NOT one of them!
Is this our aunt? Wow…you have put yourself in a totally new light. My sister and I were both abused by the men that our mother brought into our lives. The worst part of it all is that none of our “family” was there to protect us when everyone knew what was going on (how couldn’t you?). Why was a married women moving to a condo, going on dates with men from her night ESL classes, and then living with him after her kids move-in. DISGUSTING! A stranger, younger hispanic man, who moves into a home with a newly separated women with almost teenage girls. REALLY! I am very dissapointed that you would put blame on victims. Did you ever call or write to see how we were doing? Think of your girls going through something like this…

I don’t think so either, Ross. But then, I’ve never seen Celebrity Rehab.
i feel like i should be surprised but i’m really not. hopefully she gets better, though. i might watch? although i don’t think reality television the best place to try to get help in.
