It’s confirmed – Lisa Marie Presley has gotten married!
According to a spokesperson for the star, the 38-year-old daughter of music legend Elvis wed musician and producer Michael Lockwood in a traditional Japanese ceremony in Kyoto, Japan on January 22.
The bride’s mother, Pricilla Presley, walked her down the aisle and gave her away. And probably the most surprising aspect of this wedding was the best man, Lisa Marie’s former husband, Danny with whom she had two children.
Daughter Riley, 16, was the maid of honor, and son Benjamin, 13, was a groomsman.
Michael’s parents, Vivian and William, were also in attendance.
Though it’s a bit odd, it is nice to see dysfunctional families being so functional – especially when there are children involved.
