The Lohan family will be celebrating Thanksgiving a little early.
Lindsay Lohan’s mom Dina Lohan and members of her family will be joining other community leaders in hosting and serving a pre-Thanksgiving feast to more than 200 individuals with autism and other disabilities that have no family.
The “Don’t Be Alone for the Holidays” Thanksgiving feast will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Harbor Links Club and Grill, located at 1 Fairway Drive in Port Washington, Long Island, New York. This is about 35 minutes from Manhattan.
A restaurant is donating the food for the holiday luncheon. Free Family Residences and Essential Services is sponsoring the event and transportation. They serve more than 3,000 individuals.
Dina Lohan lives in Long Island, so it makes sense that she’s doing community service where she lives. I wonder if Lindsay’s other family members will help Dina? I imagine Lindsay’s sister Ali Lohan will be there for sure.
I don’t know if Lindsay will make an appearance, I suspect she won’t because this is her mom’s thing, but it would be cool if she did.
Regardless, it’s great when people such as Dina Lohan use their celebrity status for the greater good – to help people in need and to give them a voice they may not otherwise have. Hopefully, we will get lots of press photos from the event.

This is not unusual or surprising.
The entire Lohan family has been involved in charity work for years.
This is just another example. They have donated time and money
to several charities for many years.
