Madonna as the New Face for Louis Vuitton: Style Means Having a Bad Fake Accent

Is is just me, or does the naming of Madonna as the new face of Louis Vuitton seem downright ridiculous?

Think about it….

Madonna as style icon?

Now think about the people that have been spokespeople for Vuitton before:

Scarlett Johansson,

Uma Thurman,

and yes, our very own Jennifer Lopez.

And now, Madonna?

Ah…. so…. Louis Vuitton doesn’t want to make money anymore?

They want to bring back old and wrinkled?

Or perhaps they want to prove that style is really just talking with a fake British accent.
