Madonna undergoes more plastic surgery?

Material mom Madonna is fueling rumors that she has gone under the knife again after she was recently photographed with dark glasses on, hiding facial bruising.

Last month, she was photographed leaving a New York medical building with two black eyes, and she refused to comment on whether or not she had plastic surgery.

Now, with her black eye and bruised cheek, she is fueling the rumors once more.
