I’m really picky about my burgers since I don’t eat them often so when I do indulge, I want it to be good. This recipe for a Hawaiian inspired hamburger won a $50,000 prize. I have to admit that I usually stick to what I can find in terms of the best straight-forward, bacon and cheese type of sandwiches but this has a sweet and tangy glaze on it, goat cheese (I’m not sure I could go there) and a super fancy garnish. I’m not sure I would try it but for people who love things like goat cheese, it looks fantastic.
