So, Maria Lark was on Leno tonight and met Orlando Bloom. She is so cute. I decided to liveblog her appearance so here goes:
She blushed and giggled and then proceded to ask Orlando for acting pointers. Jay had to tap her shoulder to say hello. Then, the three traded bad pirate jokes.
Maria talked about the wrap party for Medium and then went on to be excited about standard girl stuff. School gets out on the 20th, which is her 10th birthday, if you were thinking about sending her a present. Eye shadow is tacky and camping rocks. Jay Leno should grow a beard. Apparently, he reminds Maria of the venerable Abe Lincoln.
He handed her a pillow with Orlando’s face on it and she screamed. And, now a break for commercials.
How FUNNY was that? She is so CUTE! She was absolutely adorable when Orlando hugged her and she turned bright red. And telling Jay that a beard would liven up his face. Lol. Out of the mouths of babes. And I didn’t know that “American” food was vending machine fare, like Cheetos and Doritos. Learn something new every day. I LOVED her reaction when Jay gave her the pillow. You would never guess she was a bit of a celebrity herself, just another nine-year-old girl meeting her idol. I knew that would be too funny when she met him. And I thought it was hilarious when Jay asked her how old she had to be to date Orlando and she said “10″ Hysterical.

She was very adorable – wish they would have talked more about Medium or at the very least give us some scoop on the wrap party – like what did they do? who all was there?
It would have been nice to have shown a clip of Medium since the Season Finale was the next day (today).
After all, NBC sent every cast member of Heroes out to every freaking talk show in the universe in anticipation of it’s Season Finale Monday.
Maria is so cute. I really liked how she was all giggly, and how she barely paid any attention to Jay for a while there. Her scream with the pillow was adorable. I used to be a Girl Scout, so it was cool hearing what she did with her troop.
I do though, like Betty said, wish they had talked more about Medium. I would have loved to hear more about the wrap party. They showed a clip of Pirates of the Caribbean, why couldn’t they show a Medium clip?
Some shows get all the attention, while others get no help.
I was actually there at the jay leno show. Maria is adorable and a wonderful guest to the show! she is a little ham! she surley took the stage!
