Mark Kaplan Answers Some Questions

Mark Kaplan just finished answering some questions and mentioned that there will be a graduated expansion of Britney’s visitation rights that will phase in over time.

Here are the highlights of this “press conference”:

• Kaplan showed recognition of progress and signs of progress.
• Consistency over time will be welcomed by Kfed and recognized by the court.
• As far as progress, in the last few months the extreme flux situation has been stabilized and no daily events are occuring that made it an inappropriate environment for the kids.
• Conservatorship takes the uncertainty out of play and is expected to be seen over time. Hope and look forward to.
• Children are doing really great.
• Kevin’s goal and hope is that the children will have the benefits of having two children that are equally participants of their children’s life.
• Visitations were expanded with no details.
• Whether ot not the progress is due to the conservatorship, the stability that Jamie Spears brought to the picture is appreciated by KFed and the court.
