Paparazzi caught Mary Carey, alum of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab out with a friend at STK Restaurant this week. She says that she’s managed to stay sober since her time in rehab, and perhaps some of the credit goes to her taking up the Kabbalah. Check out the bracelet on her wrist. (I say, whatever it takes, good for her!!)

    It’s funny that they simply said she was with, “a friend,” when that is Amaya Brecher from Real World Hawaii. Surely people remember her?
