Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in New York City

MK is now back in Los Angeles. On Tuesday, MK was spotted leaving a yoga studio in Brentwood California with a trainer. She looks pretty wiped, so I think she had a pretty great workout!

Last weekend, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were seen out and about in New York City. People.com spotted them first at the Belvedere IX Save Beatrice party held at the Cooper Square Hotel’s penthouse.

That same weekend, the twosome attended hockey player Sean Avery’s birthday party. Sean and MK dated very briefly last year, but it looks like the twosome are on good terms. According to People.com, MK’s current boyfriend Nate Lowman was even there. Sean was treated to a cake that said “Happy Pucking Birthday.” The party was the place to be for NYC scenesters, as even Chloe Sevigny was there.
