That is NOT Mary-Kate and Ashley’s fathers home. It’s their mother’s (Jarnette) home. At their father’s home, there is no balcony, the swimming pool is smaller and is located over at the side of the house and there is an LA Lakers themed basketball court out the back. The above house is the former home of their mother. It doesn’t surprise me that she is selling it as none of her children live with her anymore and as far as we know she is not remarried. He is a link to a picture of her home and the above house
