EDIT: The police have made a statement that this report by the NY Post is FALSE. I apologize for reporting incorrect information.
The police investigating Heath Ledger’s death are planning on questioning Mary-Kate Olsen to determine the exact nature of the calls and why Mary-Kate didn’t tell the masseuse to call 911, the NY Post is reporting.
It’s still unknown whether or not MK will be needed to fly to New York or if the interview can be conducted by phone. Mary-Kate is currently in California and has not gone out since hearing of Ledger’s death.”Heath is unconscious. I don’t know what to do!” Wolozin screamed during the first phone call.
MK replied, “I’m sending my private security there.”
The masseuse, Ms. Wolozin, called again to say she thinks Heath could be dead and that she was calling 911.To this, MK replied her people were already coming over.
I don’t think Mary-Kate is in any kind of trouble, the police just need to get the details hammered out. I’m sure MK just freaked out and was doing her best to protect her friend.
To further trouble matters, the masseuse was not registered in the state of New York.

Sorry but I think she should be questioned. Not because she did anything wrong but in a situation where a 28-year-old otherwise healthy man is found dead/dying, all parties who could have information should be questioned. I don’t think this is about placing blame but, rather, is about getting as much info as possible. He’s got a 2-year-old baby and I think she deserves to have her father’s death as thoroughly investigated as possible.

you’re right, it is false. i wrote about it because the ny post is usually a reliable source. however, in situations that are as crazy as this, info gets mixed up sometimes! thanks for giving me the heads up!

although I think they should have called 911 instead of waiting so long, they were doing what they thought was best.
if they had called 911 & he was «fine» (alive), it would have been a hell of bad publicity & people would be pissed off on that.
but again, better had been bad publicity instead of heath’s death.

While attending the Sundance Film Festival, Farrell was partying hard and joining likes such as Mary-Kate Olsen in doing some drugs.
Colin’s drug of choice was cocaine and he was doing it openly in the back seat of his chauffeur-driver car.
IDIOT!!! I wonder if Mary-Kate will end her cocaine habits now that the great Heath Ledger has passed??? I love Mary-Kate’s talent and style, I just don’t want her to die from doing drugs!
Sad thing Hollywood has become these days.

She is already in NYC maybe she has come to go to the funeral. – and possibly be question – I’m sure she was doing what was best at the time i.e. she didn’t know how serious it was down the line in LA.
But it would be best if it was clarified.

A subdued Olsen was spotted with her twin, Ashley, and a group of friends at the lower East Side bar Pianos last night.
“They didn’t laugh or smile a bit … not one bit,” one onlooker said.
The twins left Pianos after midnight to head to another downtown nightspot, Sweet Paradise, where Mary-Kate was seen smooching with a man on the dance floor.
i don’t think she did anything wrong, but how come they didn’t call 911?
