It seems that seven-year-old Byron has inherited his father Matthew Fox’s love of cars. The Lost star says their mutual obsession is “part of our genetic makeup”!
Apparently Byron “does the sound effects and everything” while he plays with his Matchbox cars. It even influenced his favorite dress-up outfit.
“He dressed up as Racer X for Halloween. One of the highlights of my life.”
Matthew and his wife Margherita are currently planning to move their family, which also includes 10-year-old daughter Kyle Allison, from Hawaii to Oregon. After years in the islands, Matthew says he’s ready to return to his roots.
“My brother is there, my mother is there,” Matthew explains. “I really miss that kind of wide-open space, and there’s a big part of me that wants the kids to live in that mountain air.”
