EW.com has a new Medium season five spoiler for us and it sounds like a good one! Tony Curran, from Underworld, is a stalker who wants to kill Allison because the fact that she is even alive is against God’s will.
Okay, I’ve heard this type of reasoning many times before and I have to ask. How can the fact that Allison is alive be against God’s will? Didn’t God put her there in the first place? Or does the guy believe that God is some little nerdy guy who messes stuff up? Crazy people make me…ummm…crazy.
Anyway, the really awesome news about this episode, which we can expect in May, is that it is two whole fabulous hours long!

I heard about this episode, Katelyn. It sounds really good. Can’t wait for it. And did you hear that the last three weeks of the season (in May) NBC will air TWO episodes of Medium back to back on Mondays? I guess that’s how they’re going to fill the time when Heroes ends.
Maybe that’ll be the real acid test to see if Medium gets renewed for next season. Ratings so far have just been okay, but not great. I really hope they start to improve soon because I really want Medium to come back next year.

Crazy people always try to justify their craziness and the worst ones seem to be the ones who do it in the name of God. Go figure!
Dawn, even though Medium hasn’t had terrific numbers, it has the best numbers of the night for the NBC shows, so that means it’s audience actually grows bigger after Heroes ends. It’s also up against stiff competition. I think it’s ratings are probably the strongest of any NBC shows this season. Considering NBC fails to promote it on a regular basis and it doesn’t get the love from the TV Guide folks who shamelessly promote far less worthy shows speaks for the quality of the show. I couldn’t believe my eyes yesterday when I got my TV Guide and they devoted a 6 page spread to some dumb show.
Medium may not be blockbuster material in the ratings, but for a show in its fifth year that has been abused by NBC, I think it’s doing great!
