In light of all the allegations surrounding contestant Ryan Jenkins on the show Megan Wants a Millionaire, VH1 has released its official statement. It is plain and simple:
Ryan Jenkins was a contestant on Megan Wants A Millionaire, an outside production, produced and owned by 51 Minds, that is licensed to VH1. The show completed production at the end of March. Given the unfortunate circumstances, VH1 has postponed any future airings. This is a tragic situation and our thoughts go out to the victim’s family.
I’ll update you as the situation develops.
I think you SHOULD air the shows, only because people are now MORE interested in watching to see him, and may well help CATCH him.
I am a fan of the show, and couldn’t wait for the next episode, and now to hear that there won’t be. He is innocent until proven guilty, no matter how guilty he looks, People will watch out of curiosity to see the mind of a killer, and this will spark MORE interest in finding him. Prays to the family of the victim.
Thats bull sh*! I wanted to see the rest of the show and see how much more pathetic Megan could get. I love that dumba$$ chick.
don’t cancel Megan wants a millionaire. none of the Ryan problems happened till after this show. i can see canceling the following VH1 show that he was in since he was married/divorced at that time. But he didn’t even know his wife during the taping of Megan. please start up the broadcast again. i know one of the guys on the show and would like to see the whole series.

ithink u all should still air the show cause that murder happend after the show ended. I loved the show so why should it be canceled? just block his face out of the show. but i do feel bad for the victims family.
I have been waiting to watch megan’s show for months and then find out yesterday it is canceled. I am so upset.I love megan and her show was great so i think vh1 should figure out a way to air this show maybe edit him out or start production on a new one and i love money 3 as well this really sucks for us reality t.v fans and vh1 i hope you can fix this for us disapointed fans of your shows. thanks!
I believe you should still air the show. I was a very big fan and my daughter and I would watch it together. I felt alot closer to my daughter cause we watch this show together. I am sorry to hear about the whole deal with someone passing on but i dont feel that this show had anything to do with someone passing on. My prays to all the familys.
Honestly, that’s what Megan gets for being a manipulative, ignorant, attention whore. Of course one of the guys on her show was a psycho…psychos attract psychos, and now her attention whoring dreams of everyone watching her on her own show are gone. Maybe if she hadn’t been such a witch (sub B) in life things would have been different. I’m glad her pathetic butt is off the air. Karma.
I disagree with the cancelling of the show. What happened happened. Cancelling both shows isn’t gonna make it better. So bring ‘em back, it’s bot like we’re punch and scream when we see his face. It actually pissed me off that they were cancelled cause these are interesting shows. I mean we migh as well not show o.j. Simpson movies or serial killer docs or movies or chris brown videos. Its ridiculous
You guys are cold-hearted. Yea everything went on after the show and I do admit the show was amusing but think of the dead girls family having to watch the potential murderer and might I say prick prance around on tv with a look a like.
