Okay, sure, Melinda Doolittle does look a little less polished than when she wears makeup but I challenge anyone to find someone who’s skin looks that beautiful without touch ups! WOW! It doesn’t matter, the rest of the pictured American Idol cast look pretty rough too!

If you send an e-mail to alert@melindadoolittle.com saying exactly which store you could not get the CD at, they will try and sort it.
Sorry. Am not good with sites. Just stumbled on how to do this one. Have had trouble and do not want more. Have no idea how to do chat room. I do not purchase over the computer, either. More trouble with how it works. Will keep trying to purchase when it is at store. Thank you for your kind invitation.
Talita, you really should register at Melinda’s official web site for the latest info, fan store and more. You can get the CD from Amazon (my pre-ordered CDs arrived on Feb 3) and Walmart, as well as her official site too.
Last night you missed a live chat with Melinda that was announced on her site first. While we all watched Hollywood Week Day 1, Melinda answered our chat room questions.

I go to the store yesterday for Melinda’s album. At the store I am told it will not be available until next week. What has happened? I have waited so long, now longer! They make Melinda look bad and me feel sad. Another dream gone down the drain!

Calista, Makeup is not important to me. It’s what’s inside that counts. Melinda will never need makeup.
I do not live close to or anywhere near Nashville so I don’t have the opportunity to hear or see Melinda in person. All I want for Christmas is a Melinda CD, and that’s not going to happen, with or without makeup.

Yes, lots of plans were derailed once fall arrived; and yes, that’s how far ahead you have to make those plans. Getting your product to market faster does not a chartbuster make – as we have seen. ;-)
I have heard every track on Coming Back To You (some live in Nashville last Labor Day weekend) and I know Melinda’s Cd will have impact and sustainability. There will always be time for a Christmas CD, but there’s only one debut and that’s where resources should go.

The promise of the Christmas CD was made in Feb. long before any Wall Street problems. I should not believe what I hear no matter how much I want to believe it. I guess I don’t understand the time frame it takes to get the product to the people. But, it seems other people from Idol can do it faster. Sorry, just disappointed.

No Christmas EP this year, Melinda-fans. Me-thinks the best laid plans of mice and men definitely went awry after the Wall Street rollercoaster express started! LOL But take solace that you can pre-order Melinda’s debut CD, Coming Back To You, at both Amazon and Target. ;-)
Christmas is a little over a month away. Where is the Christmas CD that was promised in Feb.? I’m ready for Christmas music a la Melinda, but it looks like my Christmas is going to be a “long winter’s nap” with no Melinda songs to wake up to.
