[...] Bailey and Sadie have a moment alone after the surgery and Sadie opens up and tells her that she’s not trying to piss Bailey off by being there, that she’s just trying to keep it together piece by piece. Bailey says nothing, but I’m sure that sank in somewhat. Not that it really matters anyway. [...]

I'm a huge grey's fan and wasn't a fan of her character either. I see what they were trying to do but they already have established the main characters, it would have been hard to bring a dynamic like that and expect it to become a major storyline. It's hard enough that 'they' (Meredith, George, Alex,Christina, Izzy, etc.) aren't interns anymore. Of course as the seasons continue they have to bring new interns in, but how are the new interns supposed to play a role when it is already about the old interns. Anyways...I"m just mumbling now!

She didn't fit well with the cast. I never felt that she posed a real threat on Meredith's and Christina's friendship. She was so cocky and not really convincing as a medical intern.

[...] The show has already cast Laura Allen (Dirt, The 4400, All My Children) to play - wait for it - his ex-lover. She’ll be guest starring in the 15th’s episode (which also happens to be Melissa George’s last). [...]
